Mr. Pepin dedicates his practice to representing business and individuals in complex commercial and contract litigation matters, including breach of contract, corporation and partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary claims, intellectual property disputes, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practice actions, commercial lease disputes, licensing agreement disputes, restrictive covenants, and non-competition agreement disputes. Mr. Pepin also represents businesses, both domestic and foreign, in their corporate and transactional matters, including the negotiation and drafting of operating agreements, employment agreements, purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements, and non-competition agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Mr. Pepin also handles significant probate and trust litigation matters, as well as substantial real estate litigation.

Mr. Pepin is admitted to practice in Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts. Mr. Pepin is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and The Florida Bar, serving on the Palm Beach County Bar Solo and Small Firm Practitioner’s Committee in 2013-2014, and the Judicial Evaluations Committee in 2009-2010. Mr. Pepin was selected each year, beginning in 2003, as a “Top Up & Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide, and was named as a “Top Attorney” for 2010 by the same publication, as well as each successive year. Mr. Pepin has also been listed in the “Who’s Who of Professionals”. Mr. Pepin’s community of the Palm Beaches, the Palm Beach County Gator Club, and the planning committee for the American Heart Association’s 2012 North Palm Beaches Heart Ball. Mr. Pepin also co-authored Forum Selection Clauses: Effect on Attempts to Transfer Venue, Briefings (Winter/Spring 2009 ed.).
